N.B. Staff Doors located on the left side should NOT be used as fire exit point. |
| Toilets and Cloak Room | * Toilets are located on right side of Greenwich Lobby. * Cloakroom can only be use for performers in changing costumes as possible as needed. |
| Bar Area | * Bar Area can be accessed inside Venue. In order to minimised crowding in Suite 4 Area. * Beverages and spirits can be bought in Bar Area at your own stake. |
| Order of Venue | * Keep children supervise at all time in order to avoid breaking things as rented. * Please observe orderly in the Venue. We rented the whole Greenwich Suite but not the Hotel. |
| Arriving Guest | * Please use Greenwich Lobby Entrance and access registration, guest will be assisted by Usherettes to their seats. Please wait for your turn. * As much as possible, do not use the main lobby of the hotel as you will be redirect to use Greenwich Lobby on the left of the Hotel. |
| Smoking and Vape | * Smoking and Vape are prohibited inside the suite, smoking area are outside Greenwich Lobby behind the door. |
| Photobooth | * Photobooth is self service. Please follow the use of booth with a given instructions and time. * Photobooth is time managed. Can be only access (1) before the program. (2) during dining time (3) after the program * Follow instruction on using same. * Limit the images into 2 printing each photo. * There will be an option to post pictures in Social Media directly i.e. Facebook. |
| Videographer / Photographer and Live Streaming | * There will be an official videographer and photographer on the floor. Please deal with them with patience. * There will be video cameras on the floor for live streaming. On your permission, you will be seen live with YouTube, Facebook and or this website live streaming page. |
